RITHM is a health and performance experience built around the relationship between behavior, biometrics, and better timing.
Most people already track signals like sleep, recovery, HRV, glucose, movement, stress, and training. RITHM focuses on what those signals mean in the context of real life: work, recovery, family, routine, stress, performance, and the different demands someone moves through each day.
RITHM helps recognize the corridor where behavior, biometrics, and daily demands stay aligned, then shifts support as life pulls someone in different directions: when to engage, when to adapt, and when to back off.
The experience is designed to integrate through trusted providers, practitioners, wellness studios, gyms, training programs, coaches, and performance environments. Through The PROFEX Method, RITHM also incorporates in-person assessment, testing, movement insight, biometric analysis, labs, and professional interpretation to deepen the program experience.
RITHM is currently opening a limited preview for selected programs, practitioners, collaborators, and participants interested in a more contextual approach to health and performance.
The core belief behind RITHM is that better health and performance are not just about collecting more data.
Your biometrics do not exist in a vacuum. Work, training, recovery, family, stress, and routine all change what your signals mean. RITHM helps recognize the corridor where behavior, biometrics, and daily demands stay aligned, then shifts support as life pulls someone in different directions: when to engage, when to adapt, and when to back off.
Because support should meet you in the moment.
