Biohackers World Inc. (“Biohackers World”) hosts various events under the Biohackers World Conferences banner at multiple locations and dates globally (“Events”).
Please review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing a ticket for any Event. These Terms should be considered alongside the Event Code of Conduct. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge your consent to Biohackers World’s Privacy Policy.
These Terms govern both the sale of tickets and attendance at any Event. They apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticket holders (“you”).
Ticket Classes
- Biohackers World offers two classes of tickets for the Events (“Tickets”):
- General Admissions have varying prices depending on the event specifics and include access to the keynote session, expo hall and selected additional sessions.
- VIP Experiences have varying prices depending on the event specifics and include access to the full day of programming and any after-parties.
- Registration for Tickets must be completed using the appropriate form provided on the Biohackers World website or any other designated platform.
- These Terms apply to all ticket types, including General Admissions and VIP Experiences. Tickets may be transferred to another person prior to the event by updating the registration details through the designated platform or reaching out directly to the Biohackers World team.
- By purchasing tickets for the Biohackers World Conference, attendees consent to having their contact information shared with event sponsors, who may reach out with promotional information following the event. Attendees retain the right to opt-out of these communications at any time, as outlined in our privacy policy.
Conditions of Entry
- You must meet the age requirement specified for each Event to purchase a ticket and attend.
- Entry may be denied or you may be removed from an Event for violating the Code of Conduct or for behavior deemed undesirable or offensive by Biohackers World, which could affect other attendees’ enjoyment.
- You may be required to undergo a security search of your person and/or possessions before entering the Event.
- Biohackers World is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. You are responsible for the security of your belongings.
- The use of cameras or other photographic or recording equipment may be restricted at the Event.
- By attending an Event, you consent to potentially being filmed, photographed, and/or recorded. You grant Biohackers World the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any media globally without compensation.
- Re-entry to the venue requires displaying your event badge. Re-entry may be denied without it.
- Biohackers World is not responsible for any personal or consequential losses, injuries, or damages experienced at the Event.
Authenticity and Validity of Tickets
Entry may be refused if a ticket’s authenticity or validity is questionable, such as if it has been damaged or not purchased through official channels.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, personal circumstances, or external factors like adverse weather conditions. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual or deferred to a subsequent event, if available.
No Re-sale or Promotional Use
Tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial or promotional purposes, bundled with other goods or services, or used for promotional purposes without Biohackers World’s prior written consent.
Event Variations
Biohackers World reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or substitute sessions, and to modify the advertised program, including seating arrangements.
Terms Variations
- Biohackers World may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes on its website or any other associated platform.
- You are subject to the Terms available at the time of the Event.
Force Majeure
- Neither party is liable for failure to meet obligations due to a Force Majeure Event.
- If a Force Majeure Event prevents Biohackers World from hosting an Event, the sole obligation is to refund the ticket price. No compensation for additional losses will be provided.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
