Scope

At Biohackers World Inc., our core values of respect and integrity are foundational, compelling us to adhere to the highest standards of integrity and respectful behavior. Everyone involved in our events, from employees and contractors to sponsors, vendors, volunteers, clients, speakers, attendees, and other guests (“Event Participants”), is charged with the responsibility to lead by example and foster a welcoming and respectful environment, whether in person or online.

Bullying, Violence, and Harassment

We expect all Event Participants to treat each other with dignity, courtesy, and respect, and to enjoy an experience free from bullying, violence, and harassment of any kind—be it physical, emotional, verbal, or sexual. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Inappropriate language or gestures

• Threatening or abusive behavior (verbal or physical)

• Display of offensive or sexually suggestive objects or images

• Explicit demands for sexual behavior

• Making jokes or derogatory statements that target ethnic, racial, sexual, religious, political, age-related, or disability-related attributes.

We are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment at Biohackers World Inc. Should you witness any acts of violence or harassment, you are urged to immediately report these to the event support staff. Any instances of bullying, violence, harassment (including sexual harassment), or intimidation will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the event and/or notification to local law enforcement.

Respectful Communication

Professionalism is a key value at Biohackers World Inc, encompassing honesty, respect, integrity, compassion, humility, and accountability. We expect similar conduct from our community and promote open dialogue and the exchange of diverse perspectives among Event Participants.

Drugs and Alcohol

We advocate for responsible alcohol consumption at our events. Any inappropriate behavior due to excessive drinking will not be tolerated, and participants posing a safety risk will be removed by the event organizers. The use of illicit substances is strictly prohibited.

Diversity and Inclusion

We celebrate the unique contributions of each individual and acknowledge that our collective success is deeply rooted in diverse thoughts and ideas. We strive to create event environments that are reflective of and celebrate the diversity present in society.

Health and Safety

Biohackers World Inc is committed to the health and safety of all Event Participants. By attending, you agree to adhere to all relevant local health and safety regulations. If you feel unwell, please stay home to help keep our community safe. In emergencies or security incidents, please follow the directives of event personnel.

Other Standards of Conduct

Expected standards for all Event Participants include:

• Acting with personal integrity, honesty, and professionalism;

• Avoiding behavior that could damage the property or reputation of Biohackers World Inc Conferences or its participants;

• Upholding the core values and integrity of Biohackers World Inc at all times.

Reporting

Please report any abusive content or behavior that breaches this Code of Conduct to event support staff immediately. Staff members can assist by contacting security, providing escorts, or helping those experiencing harassment or other issues to feel safe throughout the event. For assistance, locate a staff member by their badge, visit the registration area or information desk, or get in touch through our event website.
