Carmilla Kupritz

Carmilla knows that the more you believe in yourself—with the support of a community—the more you can accomplish. Her teaching and training style reflects this in both words and actions. She believes that small wins in health and wellness translate to resilience and confidence in everyday life.

Upon becoming a lululemon Ambassador in Chicago, community took on new meaning for her. It became more than just the space you work out in—it became your world and how you contribute to it.

You can currently find her in Chicago at Ina Wellness, CorePower Yoga, Midtown Athletic Club, and Bodyhigh Fitness.

She has been teaching fitness for over 10 years in Chicago and has competed in multiple HYROX races, including on the world stage at the HYROX World Championships. In 2025, she will participate in her first half marathon in Iceland.
