Peter Simonson

Peter Simonson is the President, Co-Founder, and a Board Member of Regenerative Technologies Corporation, the makers of Juvent. His 30 year career spans sales, marketing, product development, engineering, management, business development, market research, and consulting.

He is the inventor of Medtronic’s TSRH-3D® spinal implant system, one of the company’s most successful surgical innovations. Peter holds five patents for spinal surgery technologies that have pioneered advances in spinal surgical correction.

His work, alongside his development team, earned Medtronic’s Global Technical Contributor of the Year Award for innovation and impact. Peter is advancing the development of the Juvent Micro-Impact Platform®—a breakthrough wellness device that uses low-magnitude mechanical stimulation to support bone density, joint function, circulation, and overall musculoskeletal health.

He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and continues to lead at the forefront of innovation in health and wellness technology.
