Barton Bryan has been a certified personal trainer for over 17 years in the Austin area. He focuses on creating concierge fitness solutions for clients who need help improving their strength, developing proper nutrition, optimizing sleep, and building the mindset to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Barton brings a unique perspective to his podcast "the Mindset Forge".
As an athlete and performing artist, Barton understands how important one's mindset is to improving aptitude in sports, artistic performance, and how that can translate to life. His guest are professionals and athletes in the bio-hacking space who speak on how to maximize health in your 40s and 50s. Barton loves helping clients between 40 - 60 years old who struggle with creating the daily habits, improving discipline, and building momentum to to not just reach their goals but more importantly, to sustain a higher level of health as a lifestyle.
Barton currently competes as a natural bodybuilder and is the CEO of Team Bryan Wellness LLC, his concierge fitness program.
