Dominika Laureto is an international speaker, author of Awaken, certified peptide therapy provider, founder of Biomarker-Guided Therapy®, and a Family Nurse Practitioner graduating in 2026. She is dedicated to transforming healthcare by combining evidence-based medicine with regenerative therapies, precision diagnostics, and longevity science to help patients optimize health from the inside out.

Born in communist Poland, Dominika’s life was shaped by resilience from an early age. She grew up in a small apartment, sharing a single bed with her younger sister while her father, a fire chief, and her mother instilled the values of discipline, perseverance, and hard work.

At the age of seven, she developed a rare neurological illness that left her paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. Doctors believed she would never walk again. Refusing to accept that prognosis, her father searched tirelessly for every possible treatment, combining conventional medicine with alternative approaches. Against all odds, Dominika made a full recovery. That experience forever changed the course of her life and ignited a passion to understand the body’s extraordinary ability to heal.

Determined to create a better future, Dominika immigrated to the United States with just $500 in her pocket. While learning English and adapting to a new culture, she worked as a nursing assistant and persevered through significant personal and professional challenges. Later, after being diagnosed with an ovarian tumor that resulted in infertility, she transformed another life-altering setback into a deeper commitment to helping others reclaim their health.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and became a certified trauma nurse, spending nearly a decade caring for critically ill patients in one of the nation’s busiest emergency departments. Those years gave her a profound appreciation for lifesaving medicine—but also revealed the limitations of treating disease only after it develops. She became driven by a new mission: helping people achieve optimal health before illness occurs.

This vision led her to dedicate her career to functional medicine, regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, longevity science, and cellular optimization.

Today, Dominika is the founder of Biomarker-Guided Therapy®, an innovative clinical framework that uses comprehensive biomarker analysis to identify the root causes of inflammation, hormonal dysfunction, metabolic disease, mitochondrial dysfunction, and accelerated aging. Her philosophy is simple: treat the individual, not just the diagnosis.
