Elizabeth Gaines

Elizabeth Gaines is a proud FDNP, Supervisor for the FDN Certification Course and Lead Mentor. With expertise in recovering from burnout, she helps clients and students understand how chronic stress and disempowerment lead the body out of balance and into dis-ease. She has had a life-long interest in health, fitness, and nutrition, and she came to FDN looking for help healing her own burnout after a decade of working with domestic minor sex trafficking victims.

What she learned through FDN helped her experience rapid relief of her chronic fatigue symptoms, Driven by a belief that health is the ultimate form of self-empowerment, she helps people become self-healers through education, analysis, and deep one-on-one partnership. She is also developing a step-by-step framework for building healthy communities and ending the epidemic of isolation and loneliness that often lead to sickness and disempowerment. She believes all people deserve to be seen, to thrive in body, mind and spirt, and to achieve the purpose in the world that is uniquely theirs.
