Our bodies are designed to produce Vitamin D naturally when exposed to UVB light. The D-Light replicates this natural process, providing a more bioavailable form of Vitamin D that's easily absorbed and utilized by the body.
Relying solely on supplements can sometimes lead to imbalances or over-dependence. The D-Light provides an alternative approach, reducing the need for Vitamin D supplements.
While sunlight is the ideal source for UVB light naturally balanced with red, deep red and near infrared, the D-Light offers a research backed solution for natural Vitamin D Synthesis with LED produced light.

First, put on your safety glasses, this device produced a lot of UVB light and safety glasses are required. If others are in the room, please also have them use UV protective glasses. Never gaze into the device, even with UV protective glasses on. Close your eyes if the device passes over your face.
Use the D-Light at a distance of 6" to 8" slowly sweeping over your body to avoid thermal buildup or overexposure in one area. Start with only 30 seconds of total exposure spread over your whole body and slowly work upward day after day to a level that works well with your skin. Most people will find a good dose to be within 2-5 minutes but this depends heavily on skin type, diet, and your existing relationship with the sun.
As with any new stimuli, start small and work up over time to a level that's comfortable for you. Overexposure will cause a "sunburn"
UVB light does not penetrate clothing well, so it's best to use minimal clothing while using the D-Light device.
To treat the whole body at once, use the device at a distance of about 12" to 36" this allows the light to spread out and reduces the power density, so a longer session is possible. Even at a distance, start small and work up. More isn't always better and too much exposure will lead to a "sunburn".
