Dr. David Karli is a Harvard-trained physician, entrepreneur, and biomedical thought leader specializing in regenerative and longevity medicine. He is the Founder and CEO of Greyledge Technologies, an international biotechnology company focused on developing AI-driven, personalized cellular and biologic therapies, including both autologous and allogeneic stem cell platforms, exosome technologies, and predictive biologic modeling systems. He is also the Founder of the Karli Health Institute in Miami, Florida, where his clinical work integrates regenerative medicine, performance optimization, therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE), and advanced longevity strategies.
Dr. Karli has treated thousands of patients worldwide, including elite and professional athletes, executives, and high-performance individuals seeking accelerated recovery, resilience, and healthy aging optimization. He is recognized as one of the earliest physician leaders in the clinical use of autologous regenerative therapies such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Bone Marrow Cell Concentrate (BMC), while also helping advance the evidence-based adoption of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), extracellular vesicles (EVs), and exosome-based signaling therapies.
Throughout his career, Dr. Karli has led national efforts to refine the compliant, data-driven practice of regenerative medicine and has published and lectured extensively on cellular dosing, biologic signaling, immune modulation, and predictive AI-supported approaches to personalized therapy. His current work increasingly focuses on the convergence of systems biology, regenerative medicine, and longevity science - exploring how therapies such as TPE, stem cells, and exosomes may synergistically optimize the biologic environment underlying aging and human performance.
Dr. Karli has been featured in major media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, ESPN, and Denver Magazine. He maintains executive and advisory roles across the biotechnology, wellness, sports medicine, nutritional supplement, and longevity sectors, and is the host of the Make Me Good podcast.
