Dave Korsunsky is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience at the forefront of innovation, having held senior roles at some of the world’s most respected tech firms. As Director of Technical Alliances at VMware (NYSE: VMW), Dave led global partnerships with top-tier electronic health record (EHR) companies including EPIC, Cerner, McKesson, GE, and Allscripts—gaining a deep understanding of the complexities and limitations of legacy healthcare systems.

It was during this time that Dave began a personal journey to optimize his own health through data—wearables, lab results, continuous glucose monitors, and biometrics. But he quickly ran into a wall: there was no unified platform that allowed care providers to see the full picture of a patient’s health. The tools were fragmented, the data siloed, and the insights difficult to access and apply in clinical practice.

Dave recognized a critical opportunity: to build a platform that gives practitioners the ability to centralize and act on near real-time health data, empowering them to deliver more personalized, precise, and proactive care. As the Founder and CEO of Heads Up, Dave brings together his passion for health optimization and his deep technical expertise in enterprise-grade software, big data, and system integration. Before founding Heads Up, he led sales engineering at CloudPhysics, a cutting-edge data analytics firm processing over 80 billion data points per day—experience that now fuels the platform’s ability to integrate, analyze, and visualize clinical and lifestyle data at scale.

Today, Dave leads the company with the belief that when practitioners are equipped with the right tools and near real-time insights, they can transform outcomes and drive the future of precision health. He continues to drive the company forward as both a thought leader in digital health and a relentless advocate for root-cause, data-driven care.
