After a sports injury in college changed the trajectory of her life, she launched her first business serving Southeast Michigan families with basic & competitive swim skills at 18. That led to a successful run in corporate management – but eventually, the pressure, misalignment, and burnout caught up with her.

So, she walked away from it all. She sold her things, moved to Costa Rica, and threw herself into exploration & growth. What she found was a deeper truth: that the most powerful life is one built from authenticity, connection, and purpose.

Her work blends conscious communication across generations / personality types, emotional intelligence, & practical strategy to help teams collaborate more effectively, individuals communicate with confidence and clarity, & communities deepen trust through real connection.

She’s coached attorneys, founders, and creatives to speak with clarity and confidence, hosted events / travel trips that connect people to themselves, nature, & each other, and helped teams rehumanize how they work together.

Her workshops don’t just teach, they transform. She’s been called a “master connector,” a “mirror,” and the kind of facilitator who makes you laugh, cry, and leave more fully yourself.

She lives in Chicago, IL but is always traveling the world. When she’s not leading workshops or speaking on stage, she’s hiking, sailing, dancing, or spending time with her family & friends. She splits her time between the corporate conference room and nature, helping people bridge the gap between who they are and who they’re here to be.
